Korean red tea powder / 30g

Red tea, described as black tea in the West, is  produced by fully oxidizing our tea leaves, resulting in its rich color and sweet notes of deep plum, wine and ripe fruit. Our Hongcha is organically grown and hand-picked in Boseong, famous for some of the highest quality  tea cultivation in the Korean peninsula.

base: 2 gram · 30ml water · 160°F

tea: mix 180ml water (160°F) into base

latte: pour 150ml steamed milk (140°F) into base
