Ceremonial grade stone ground matcha / 30g 

Our farm sits at a pristine location between halla mountain and ocean side where its volcanic soil, ideal subtropical  climate, and annual rainfall create the perfect environment to grow the highest quality matcha on the island. We source early spring harvested tea leaves that are meticulously hand-picked and organically grown.

base: 2 gram · 30ml water · 160°F

tea: mix 180ml water (160°F) into base

latte: pour 150ml steamed milk (140°F) into base
