• Hand-blown glass is made by gathering molten glass, heated to approximately 1,200°C (2,192°F), onto a blowpipe and shaping it by blowing air into it. Because each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in shape, size, and height may occur.

• Subtle surface irregularities, fine scratches, black specks, small air bubbles, and other minor imperfections may naturally occur during the making process. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.

• Hand-blown glass is not heat-resistant glass. Sudden changes in temperature caused by hot liquids may result in breakage. Please avoid liquids or foods above 80°C (176°F), and do not use in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher. We recommend using the glassware for beverages below 80°C (176°F) or for cold drinks.

• When cleaning, use a soft sponge with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, as they may scratch the surface of the glass.

Silver Ball Series

• The silver elements are made by melting 925 sterling silver. Slight variations in the size and shape of the silver balls may occur.

• The thin, transparent coating on the surface of each silver ball is carefully applied to help prevent the natural tarnishing of silver and improve adhesion. To preserve the clarity of the glass and the shine of the silver balls, avoid abrasive scrubbers and clean gently with a soft sponge.
