Refund policy

All sales at Studio Kō are final. 

  • There is no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. 

  • When items arrive with defects or damage, please contact us at hi@studioko.la within 24hours of receipt with pictures. All returned items must be in their original and unused condition with original packaging. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

  • We do not pay for shipping of items return due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping cost.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
  • International Orders
    • All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
