Processing Time

Orders typically take 5–10 business days to ship, unless otherwise noted.

Orders Containing Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

This means that even if other items in your order are listed as in stock and ready to ship, they will be held and shipped together with the pre-order item.

If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order/made-to-order items and in-stock items.

Pre-order or made-to-order items are non-refundable and may take up to 10 weeks to ship.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via DHL and UPS.

All orders shipping outside of the United States are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays may occur if a package is selected for inspection by the destination country’s Customs Department or Agency.

We have no control over customs processes or any additional charges incurred during importation. Customers are responsible for:

• Obtaining any required governmental permissions or documentation
• Paying all import duties, fees, and taxes associated with their order
